Why Should I Volunteer?
You are Helping to build a spirit of Community. Volunteers are an important part of the
success of the festival, by way of being ambassadors for a community event totaling over
fifty thousand audience members. Volunteering is an opportunity to meet new people and
become involved with the festival in other ways, if you so desire. Last but not least,
we guarantee EXCITEMENT AND FUN!
You will Receive a festival volunteer T-Shirt, free food and beverages in an area specific
for volunteers.
You are Volunteers, meaning you must have a certain amount of flexibility. The day of the
Festival, we may need to change your assignment at the last minute or during your shift.
In some cases, you and a friend may volunteer together, and because of an issue at another
location, we may ask one of you to move. Know that we will never ask you to do something
you are physically incapable of mastering. We want this to be a valuable and exciting
experience.
Feel free to contact me should you have any questions about volunteering at the festival.
Cheers,
Kevin Samolis
