Blue Avenue featuring Joanna Nix & Mark Doyle is the name of this new Blues/Rock project and will feature the powerhouse vocals of Joanna Nix, along with the scintillating guitar work of Central New York legend , Mark Doyle.

Born from an outstanding live performance together at The GREAT Salt City BLUES Concert #8, Joanna Nix & Mark Doyle, under the managerial guidance of Blue Wave Records founder, Greg Spencer, have combined their talents to form this new exciting live project for 2025.

Blue Avenue’s other stellar members include Bill Barry on keyboards, Dan Morison on drums with Rolland Brunet on bass, all familiar veterans of numerous bands that have played the music clubs of the area the past three decades.

Expect a high energy performance of challenging material like no other band in the Blues/Rock genre and expert musicianship that will be hard to top in Central New York. Welcome to Blue Avenue!
