Save the Date! 2019 NYS Blues Festival Dates Announced!
The New York State Blues Festival’s board of directors is excited to announce the dates for 2019!
The 27th New York State Blues Festival will once again be a three day event and run Thursday, June 27 through Saturday, June 29 at Syracuse’s historic Clinton Square.
In addition, there will be a pre-festival kickoff on Wednesday, June 26 at the Persian Terrace inside the beautifully restored Hotel Syracuse, now known as the Marriott Syracuse Downtown.
The New York State Blues Festival is one of the largest free festivals in the northeast, bringing thousands of music fans to downtown Syracuse each year. Performances on its main stage include a diverse combination of local, regional, and national artists.
The mission of the New York State Blues Festival is to preserve, protect, and promote blues music and culture. It entertains while educating on the role of the blues in the development of popular music in the US and around the world.
